P.S. 107 tells the story of a Brooklyn public school in Assemblymember Carroll's district that made real, measurable gains by embracing proven reading instruction. It’s proof that change is possible when we act.

Ban the Guessing Game outlines the problems of our outdated model for teaching literacy and provides a path forwards.

In State of Emergency, Assemblymember Carroll makes the case for why the choice for the next NYC Schools Chancellor is so critical.
